Listen with an open mind. Pay attention to my peer's needs. Offer advice in an appropriate and comprehensive manner. Being encouraging and supportive.
Meet Up Capacity
I am willing to meet up in person approximately 2 times but am willing to meet online (via Zoom) more often depending on how often is necessary.
